1. Don’t apply heat on hair

          Applying heat on the hair is something that you are messing with your hair by your choice. Heat can be in any form, like applying heat by electronic instruments such as hair straightener or hair dryer. Doing this very frequently can damage your hair very badly. 

          Bathing with hot water can be a good idea in the winters. But for the hair this is not a very smart move. Warm water can damage your hair as aggressively as dryer or straightener. So next time when you are bathing with the warm water from your head keep in mind that this can damage and dull your hair at the first place. 

          Best way to Wash your head is, use a mild shampoo to wash your head then a conditioner according to your hair type, it might be dry, oily or balanced scalp, then wash your head with very little warm water and at the very next moment use some cold water for the washing the hair, this can lock the moisture at the scalp and the hair as well. keep in mind water shouldn’t be very warm when you use it on hair. 


2. Stop going outside without covering the Hair

          If you are someone who go outside without covering your hair then you are making a good mistake because our indian weather and pollution is not very likely to the hair betterment. You’ll face very bad result of hair loss at very early age. Indian AQI is raising day by day because of smoke from the vehicle, constructions, by cutting more and more trees, loss of jungles and many more reasons. So it is mendatory to taking care of our hairs from this pollution that has increased already to a dengerous level.

          Make sure when you are going outside with your friends, or for the office or attending any get together with family, keep in mind that you are using a cap or covering your hair at the open space.           Hydration keeps our hair healthy, sounds weired but its true. Hydration keeps our body moisturised and scalp is the part of the body so as scalp get moisture by the hydration. Dehydration makes scalp more dry and results more hair loss. Not only hydration keeps the hair healthy but its grows baby hair as well. 

          Keep in mind only hydration or anything that is good for the hair can’t work alone, a combination of many good habits makes hair and overall health better. Only hydration can’t take care of protein or iron deficiency but it can improve blood circulation to the scalp and that helps fighting with the dandruff.

          Oil is the food of scalp and hair. Make sure you are applying good quality oil to your hair 2-3 times in every week. 6. Avoid tight Hairstyles

          Hairstyle looks good on the face, if you make your hairstyle as per the face-cut it can be complement your overall look. But most of the time we use dangerous product to our hair just to style them. Those products damage the hair from inside out and can be very bad for the scalp which can create scalp dryness, dandruff, and ultimately hair loss. 


7. Good Quality sleep

A good quality sleep is most improtant for overall health, thus a good quality sleep helps for improvment of hair as well. Good quality sleep isn’t a concept its a science-backed research that its helps improving the whole body function and support hair growth as well.

          Best way to have a good sleep is that, don’t eat anything at night before sleeping at least from 2-3 hr before sleeping, when your digestive system at rest you’ll experience a good quality sleep easily. And make sure are sleeping in a room that is full of darkness, much darkness is more good for the best quality sleep. Avoid using your phone, laptop, TV or any kind of screen because screens have blue light that is very harmful for the eyes and ultimately effects your sleep quality. 

          In summers keep your room at a low temprature. It helps your body to relax and make you cool down for the best quality sleep. Thus sleeping is good as well as your hair health will become also very good.
